"Chunky" This piece weighed close to 2 tons, and was immediately over the neighbors home-

   ( This picture shows why it is not a good idea to bolt tree trunks together with rigid metal )

      Sometimes a crane is the only way to safely piece apart a tree.

 This tree is coming down...

-We'll take a few leads off to reduce some back-weight, and we can fell the remaining tree-

 Snap in, and it's up, up, and away!

-Rig each lead for a nice crane pick, then set it down neatly in the street-

 -Setting up for the third and final pick-

 -Back cutting after notch and kerf cuts have been made-

 Timber!
